Ancestral Lineage Healing Towards Personal & Collective Liberation

What is ancestral lineage healing?

A practice of healing intergenerational trauma and attuning to connection, resilience, and spiritual support.

It’s my honor to facilitate ancestral lineage healing for those called to transform inherited wounds and burdens into abundant blessings. For many people, cultural practices of ancestral reverence have been lost through centuries of colonialism, war, displacement, migration, and assimilation. Thankfully, each of us has wise, well, loving, earth-honoring ancestors lovingly waiting for us to turn toward them. Ancestral lineage repair work helps us reconnect directly with the wisdom of our lineages, without unconsciously appropriating traditions of other cultures.

Many of the ills of today’s world are rooted in unmetabolized ancestral pain and trauma, which influences living humans by way of the troubled dead (aka ghosts). As we learn to establish and maintain boundaries with our troubled ancestors, and reconnect and collaborate with our well and loving ancestors to heal and transform the wounds and burdens in our lines, we can both experience healing in our own lives and families, and help shift collective consciousness.

How can we work together?

Simon is a politicized healer and ritualist committed to supporting multidimensional and intergenerational healing for the sake of collective liberation.

One of the biggest gifts of this work is healing intergenerational shame and getting to practice and cultivate secure attachment with the ancestors, which in turn serves as a reference point for tending healthy intimacy and relationality with the natural world and other humans.

I facilitate this work in a way that nurtures and cultivates embodied presence and welcomes right pacing. This practice is ritually and somatically safe and grounded, and doesn’t require prior experience with spirit based healing work. You also need not know genealogical information about your lineages or be in touch with living family members.
